Online learning courses bridge learning gaps in many ways. One of the ways is someone can work at their own pace. For example, learning at their own pace, and taking their time. Learning in an online environment versus learning in a traditional class environment are very different. Learning in an online setting lets people work at their own pace, get ahead when they want to, and take their time if they need to read over a lesson more than once.
I personally made better grades learning online, because I was able to take my time and get ahead. Also, another con of online learning is that you can do all of the school work at home.
Traditional classes require to stay all day and do the school work. Then going home to do homework after a full day at school.
