In my online classes, I’ve always found there to be an abundance of diversity. Learning alongside your traditional college students were busy mothers and undergraduates from across the world. With so many people in so many walks of life, online courses have always had the ability to bridge learning gaps. When given the opportunity to self-pace work, each student is gifted the opportunity to flourish. I personally always loved to choose classes centered around science and math. They tended to be more self-paced, and I was able to learn the most in the time allotted. Most were very textbook-heavy, and I’ve always done my best learning through literature.
Choosing to pursue classes in an online format was one of the best choices I ever made. Online classes have a certain way of molding to each person’s preferences and educational abilities, and I always found myself learning and absorbing more information than I ever did in a traditional classroom.
